Rihanna, 24-year-old Barbadian pop star, posted a message on her Twitter account called a #Rihcard that states "Being single sucks. The only thing I get to do anymore is whatever the (expletive) I want to do."
Fans of the chart-topping singer sent her advice about the single life after reading her message.
"There's no going wrong being single..live ya life 'In my RiRi voice,'" one fan wrote.
Another person suggested that the singer be patient.
"Thank you @badgalriri :) Be patient for that man who will see you as his diamond, trust me he will come," the fan commented. "I'm still waiting to believe it or not so you're not alone."
However, after the singer has been posting images of herself with Brown and releasing collaborations with her ex-boyfriend recently, some were confused by Rihanna's message.
"Single? What (about) Chris girl," the fan questioned. "(You're) confusing.."
Despite the fact that Rihanna has made it clear that she is not back together with Brown, her 23-year-old Grammy Award-winning ex-boyfriend featured her face on his t-shirts. On his Mechanical Dummy website that carries his Black Pyramid clothing line, a black-and-white image of Brown and Rihanna together is sprawled across a t-shirt selling for $25.
Various people took to Twitter to react to Brown's t-shirt design that he he labeled "Nobody's Business" which is also the name of a collaboration record featuring the pair on Rihanna's recent "Unapologetic" album. Fans of the pair seemed shocked that an actual t-shirt featuring an image of them together was being sold on their website.
"The t-shirt of Chris and Rihanna is real," one person tweeted. "@chrisbrown are you kidding me?!?!?!?!"
Another person questioned the motives behind selling the t-shirt.
"I can't deal with this," another fan tweeted. "How is this (beneficial?)"
